What We’ll Do:
You’ll receive a weekly exercise schedule depending on which programme fits your needs upon starting. Every day, your exercise tasks along with the day’s fitness and diet goals will be posted. Your job will be to step up and push yourself through the weeks, progressing and advancing as the schedule gets more rigorous. We’re going to tear into our running shoes and worship phys ed,

I, myself, am diagnosed with EDNOs with anorexic tendencies, and therefore am creating a “zone,” specifically tailored to meet the needs of those who have some trouble in this area. Again, I do not promote or advise anyone to eat unhealthily, and if you’re ready to do this the healthy way, good for you!; you can choose from one of the diet plans voted by your group, or create your own!
